Looking for your next care assistant or HCA night shift role? Paragon Home Healthcare has waking night roles across London, the South East, the Midlands and surrounding areas.

Our night carers and HCAs provide one-to-one support to clients in their own homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable and well supported overnight.

Night shifts may include personal care, repositioning, health observations, medication support, comfort checks and responding to changes in the client’s needs. Full training and guidance are provided for each package.

You’ll be part of a small, well-matched care team, with clear handovers, paid training and ongoing support from our nurse-led clinical team.

We’re looking for experienced carers, HCAs and support workers who are calm, reliable, observant and confident working waking nights.
