Looking for your next registered nurse night shift role? Paragon Home Healthcare has waking night RN opportunities supporting clients one-to-one in their own homes across London, the South East, the Midlands and surrounding areas.

Our night nurses help clients remain safe, comfortable and clinically supported overnight. Many of our clients have complex care needs, but you’ll receive package-specific training, clear care plans and support from our nurse-led clinical team.

Night shifts may include clinical observations, medication management, respiratory support, PEG feeding, repositioning, responding to changes in condition and supporting the wider care team with safe overnight care.

We’re looking for registered nurses who are calm, observant, reliable and confident working in a one-to-one home care setting.
