Our live-in carers provide consistent, one-to-one support to clients in their own homes. Roles are usually planned rotations, such as two weeks on / two weeks off, three-week placements, or another agreed pattern depending on the client.

You’ll be part of a small, well-matched care team, with clear rotas, handovers, paid training and ongoing support from our nurse-led clinical team.

Many of our clients have complex care needs, but full training and guidance are provided for each package.

We’re looking for experienced carers, HCAs and support workers who are kind, reliable and confident supporting someone in their own home.
